PROGRAM 
Junior category
Qualifying round (max 12 minutes)
1. Any polyphonic Bach piece;
2. Any virtuoso étude by participant’s choice;
3. Free program with obligatory inclusion of at least one work by Russian composers.
Preliminary auditions (max 15 minutes)
1. First part of a classical Sonata by participant’s choice (Mozart, Haydn, Beethoven)
2. Two etudes by Participant's choice. 
3. Free program with obligatory inclusion of at least one work by Russian composers.
Competition auditions 
Recital (max 25 minutes)
1. A Russian composer piece;
2. Free program.
It is not allowed to repeat previously performed program except for the classical Sonata.
Final
A concert for the piano with orchestra (entirely) by participant’s choice.
To be performed with a symphony or chamber orchestra.
Middle category
Qualifying round (max 15 minutes)
1. Any polyphonic Bach piece;
2. Any virtuoso étude by participant’s choice;
3. Free program with obligatory inclusion of at least one work by Russian composers.
Preliminary auditions (max 20 minutes)
1. First part of Sonata by participant’s choice (Mozart, Haydn, Beethoven, Schubert) or two sonatas of Scarlatti or Soler; 
2. Two etudes at the participant's choice, one of them is obligatory an etude of F. Chopin;
3. Free program with obligatory inclusion of at least one work by Russian composers.
Competition auditions 
Recital (max 30 minutes)
1. A Russian composer piece.
A participant may not perform a work,
presented in previous rounds (with the exception of the sonata from item 1.
Pre- auditions).
2. Free program.
Final
A concert for the piano with orchestra (entirely) by participant’s choice.
To be performed with a symphony or chamber orchestra.
Senior category
Qualifying round (max 15 minutes)
1. Any two virtuoso études one of which of Chopin;
2. Free program which should include at least one piece of a Russian composer.
Preliminary auditions (max 25 minutes)
1. A classical period music piece;
2. Free program which should include at least one piece of a Russian composer.
In this round it is not allowed to repeat the program of the Qualifying round.
Competition auditions
Recital (max 45 minutes)
1. A Russian composer piece. It is not allowed to repeat previously performed program.
2. Free program.
Final
A concert for the piano with orchestra (entirely) by participant’s choice.
To be performed with a symphony or chamber orchestra.
